Fast Check-out ● Settle your bill at reception in advance, for example the afternoon or evening before departure.● In the morning, simply drop your room key card into the box by reception.

Payment Information● We accept major payment cards.● Cash payments are accepted in CZK and EUR.(Change will be given in CZK only.)● Please note that we do not provide currency exchange services.

Drinking Water● Tap water in all guest rooms is safe to drink. A water station is also available in the lobby near reception.

Amenities on Request● Selected guest amenities are available at reception upon request:slippers, shaving kit, vanity kit, toothbrush and toothpaste, shower cap, sewing kit, feminine hygiene products and body lotion.

Ironing Facilities● An ironing room is available on the 4th floor at any time and can be accessed with your room key card.If you prefer, reception can also provide an iron and ironing board for use in your room.

Non-smoking Hotel● All hotel rooms and indoor areas are strictly non-smoking. A cleaning fee of 5 000 CZK may be charged in case of violation. ● Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.

Room service● Room service is available from the Winestone Restaurant.Place your order through the restaurant or contact reception for assistance. A CZK 100 delivery fee applies per order.

Laundry Service● Laundry service is available Monday to Friday.● Please place your laundry in the laundry bag, complete the form provided, and bring it to reception by 9:00 AM. Your laundry will usually be returned to your room at approximately 5:00 PM on the same day.

Luggage Storage● Complimentary luggage storage is available at reception before check-in and after check-out.
